Frequently Asked Questions

Content Questions

What is Transcreation?

Transcreation is cultural adaptation that goes beyond literal translation. We convey the meaning, tone, and cultural context of Korean content in a way that English-speaking audiences can fully understand and appreciate.

Does AI write your articles?

No. AI (Claude Sonnet 4.5/4.6) assists with translation and initial drafts, but all content is reviewed, edited, and approved by human editors. Cultural nuance and editorial decisions require human judgment.

What dramas do you cover?

We focus on currently airing K-dramas and trending titles. Our coverage includes news, analysis, and cultural context for shows available on major platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Korean broadcasters.

Do you provide Korean-language content?

Currently, KDramaPulse is English-only. We focus on making K-drama culture accessible to international fans.

How often do you update?

Breaking news is published as it happens. Our weekly "Live Pulse" roundup posts every week with the latest buzz, ratings, and trending moments.

Can I request coverage of a specific drama?

We appreciate suggestions! While we can't guarantee coverage of every request, we monitor reader interest and prioritize dramas with strong international fan engagement. Contact us at contact@kdramapulse.com with your suggestions.

Where do you get your information?

We monitor 41 curated Korean entertainment sources including official broadcaster accounts, OTT platforms, entertainment magazines, and verified industry insiders. All information is cross-verified before publication.
