All original editorial content is owned by KDramaPulse. Use of third-party marks is strictly nominative for identification purposes.

3. User Right to Request Corrections

Any reader may request a correction via admin@kdramapulse.com. We commit to a good-faith review within 7 business days as a best-efforts editorial obligation.

4. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US$100, EXCEPT IN CASES OF WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, subject to mandatory consumer protection carve-outs.
